I've been wanting to draw a Japanese festival doodle for a long time now. I've been to my first Matsuri this year and it was so amusing even though it was a very commercial event...
Btw, Brazil has the largest population of Japanese outside of Japan, especially in São Paulo, where I live. That makes it very easy to find these festivals around town. ^^
